DEATH PENALTY. HANDS OFF CAIN CONFERENCE IN GABON FOR MORATORIUM ON EXECUTIONS
Hands Off Cain will hold a conference beginning December 10, the Global Day of Human Rights, in Libreville. The conference was organised by Hands Off Cain with the Government of Gabon, with thanks to the financial support of the Dutch Government.

Hands Off Cain will hold a conference beginning December 10, the Global Day of Human Rights, in Libreville. The conference was organised by Hands Off Cain with the Government of Gabon, with thanks to the financial support of the Dutch Government.
The conference will have delegations from Mali, Burundi, Djibouti and the Democratic Republic of Congo participating. Themes to be addressed include the universal Moratorium on capital punishment in view of the vote on the resolution scheduled at the UN General Assembly on December 18, and its adoption in the African continent.
Representing Hands Off Cain are Elisabetta Zamparutti, Hands Off Cain Treasurer and editor of the annual report on capital punishment in the world, and Marco Perduca, from the directing Council of Hands Off Cain and Vice President of the Transnational Radical Party.
