DEATH UPHELD FOR BROTHERS IN E CHINA

the Shandong Higher Court in China confirmed the death penalty of Liu Jianjun, 51, for killing four policemen in a shootout in Shandong on January 4, 2011. He was sentenced to death for murder and illegal possession of guns and ammunition on March 14, 2011, by the Intermediate People's Court of Tai'an City. Liu was fleeing police due to the murder of Dou Guangdong on December 29, 2010.
