Denmark said it would extradite Purulia arms drop accused Kim Davey only if the Indian government guarantees that he would not be sentenced to death. "Well at the end of the day, if it is the question for the court to decide. Legally, we are obliged to make sure that a number of pre-conditions are fulfilled before extradition can actually take place," Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen said. "It is the question of how he will be treated in India, including the guarantee that he will not be sentenced to death," he said.
