Today’s decision by the court followed confirmation of the death sentence by the Mufti of Egypt.
The slaughter was confirmed to be part of a feud between two families, about 80 kilometres north of Cairo, towards Alexandria.
Called the ‘massacre of Wadi al Faregh’ by the press (the location where the massacre occurred), the incident dated back to March 2008 and started over a land dispute.
