Egypt promised to help solve a dispute between Bulgaria and Libya over the trial of six medical staff accused by Libya of infecting hundreds of Libyan children with the HIV virus who could face the death penalty if convicted. "We will do whatever we can to help both parties reach an amicable solution bearing in mind the seriousness of the accusations," Foreign Minister Amr Moussa said after talks with Bulgarian Foreign Minister Nadezhda Mihailova.
