Ernest Martin, 42, was executed this morning at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility. He was convicted of killing a store owner, Robert Robinson, 70, on Jan. 21, 1983. Time of death by injection was 10:11 a.m. Martin becomes the 3rd condemned inmate to be put to death in Ohio this year and the 39th in the USA.
