Fayzullo Boymurotov, a resident of the Khatlon region, was sentenced to death. He was found guilty by the Khatlon regional court of killing, whilst in a state of alcoholic intoxication, a resident of Qurghonteppa and her neighbour with a steel bar in November 1999.
