Four people were executed for tax fraud in Guangdong. Vice-president of the Supreme People's Court Liu Jiachen said Huang Zhenchi, Lin Sucun, Huang Wenlong and He Tao had committed 22 crimes that "constituted the most serious of their kind since New China was founded in 1949".
