GAMBIA: DEATH ROLL CONVICT LOSES APPEAL

the Gambia Court of Appeal presided over by Justice Esther Ota unanimously dismissed Lamin Ceesay’s appeal against his death sentence for murder. The judgement, read by Justice Joseph Wowo, found the case had been correctly decided on by the High Court judge.
