Gary Alan Walker, 46, white, was executed by lethal injection in Oklahoma State Penitentiary. He was convicted of killing Eddie O. Cash, 63, white, on 6th May 1984. He was the second person to be executed in the State during the year, the 21st since the State resumed executions in 1990. He was the fifth to be executed in the U.S. during the year and No 603 since the death penalty was re-introduced in 1976.
