A court in Gaza City sentenced a man to death by hanging after he was found guilty of premeditated murder, a Ma'an reporter said.
The man, identified only as I.M., was convicted of killing Gaza police officer Sami Suleiman al-Rawwagh in 2008.
Al-Rawwagh died of several gunshot wounds to the upper extremities near the village of Umm al-Nasr in the northern Gaza Strip.
