GHANA: ABOLISH DEATH PENALTY, URGES AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL

Frank K. Doyi, from the Ghana Branch of Amnesty International urged Ghana to abolish capital punishment from the statute books. “The Death Penalty to us is outmoded as far as human rights are concerned.
