In Fort Worth, jurors decided that Billy Jack Crutsinger, 48, should die for slaying an elderly mother and daughter earlier this year. State District Judge Bob Gill announced that he will be executed for killing 89-year-old Pearl "R.D." Magouirk and her 71-year-old daughter, Patricia "Pat" Syren, on April 6.
