In Manhattan U.S. District Court Judge Barbara S. Jones ordered Zacarias Moussaoui be sent to Alexandria, Va., and denied him bail. An indictment returned Tuesday by a grand jury in Virginia alleges Moussaoui worked with 23 unindicted co-conspirators to murder thousands of people.
