in Port of Spain, Trinidad, Justice Malcolm Holdip sentenced Ogee Tempro and Kevin Patrick to death. The prosecutors alleged that Tempro and Patrick went to the Santa Rosa residence of Alan Fong and Stephanie Yee Fong on November 23, 2002, to rob the couple. During the robbery, Patrick allegedly shot and killed employee Yip Manin Luk. Yee Fong identifed the gunman as Patrick, saying he passed her and went to Manin Luk, the two struggled and Luk ran out to the vehicle before being shot.
