In Tibet, seven people were executed late in the month, the first executions in the region since the strike-hard campaign began in April

In Tibet, seven people were executed late in the month, the first executions in the region since the strike-hard campaign began in April. A report in the Tibet Legal News said the seven were found guilty of murder, theft and causing explosions. They were executed immediately after the local Supreme People's Court rejected their appeals.
