INDIA. BSF CONSTABLE GETS DEATH SENTENCE

a head un of the Border Security Force has been sentenced to death for murdering two officers of the force at Rajnagar border outpost last year. The trial was held at the 22nd Battalion's headquarters at Fatikcherra in West Tripura district, India. The sentence is of course subject to confirmation by the Union Home Ministry. This is the third case of a BSF court awarding the death sentence to the force's personnel for cases of murder.
