INDIA: COURT ORDERS CAPITAL PUNISHMENT TO TWO

a court sentenced Naresh Harijan and Ram Harijan to death for a murder in Bihar's Banka district in India. Additional District and Sessions judge S K Srivastava found the two hacked to death their brother Sitaram Harijan and his wife Sita Devi and daughter Kiran Kumari, at Chhotimuradpur, on August 21, 2007.
