INDIA: DEATH FOR PRISONER FACING LIFE TERM

in Chatra, India, Additional District and Sessions Judge (fast track-II) Sudhir Kumar Sinha awarded the death penalty to Ashok Kumar Dubey for killing Suresh Dubey at Dokadih-Tulbul village under Sadar police station on August 8, 2003. Dubey was already facing a life sentence for another murder.
