INDIA: DEATH PENALTY FOR KOLI

judge A K Singh from a special CBI court in Ghaziabad, India, sentenced Surinder Koli, 38, to death for the rape and murder of Aarti, 7, one of the victims in the sensational Nithari killings. Koli was also fined Rs 3,000. This is the second of the 19 cases related to the Nithari serial killings in which Koli has been sent to the gallows.
