A Division Bench of Justices B D Ahmed and P K Bhasin commuted the sentence passed on Raminder Singh, alias Happy. According to the prosecution, Raminder thought his cousins were stealing his customers for their rival garment shop. Infuriated during an argument, Raminder stabbed them to death at their residence in Tilak Nagar on October 26, 2002.
