INDIA: KASAB FILES APPEAL AGAINST DEATH SENTENCE

Pakistani Ajmal Kasab challenged his death sentence for killing 166 people in a terrorist attack on Mumbai in the Bombay High Court. He has also is seeking a lawyer to represent him in the court. His application has been sent to the High Court Legal Services Committee (HCLSC). He was convicted of terrorism on May 3, 2010.
