Additional district and sessions judge Vijay Kant Mishra passed the judgement for the murder of Triveni Singh, Upendra Singh and Ramnik Singh of Kusedhi village in Sheikhpur district. According to the charges, the accused fatally shot the three men on October 28, 2001 following a dispute.
