A man, accused of raping and killing a minor, was awarded death sentence by the Barabanki court.
Special Court (SC/ST Act) District Judge S P Arvind announced death penalty to Bhanu Yadav after finding him guilty into the crime.
As per prosecution, the seven-year-old girl was found dead missing suspiciously on June 16, 2012. Later, her body was recovered in a naked condition from outside the village.
The court has announced death sentence to the rapist and the killer.
