In India, three persons were sentenced to death and another to life imprisonment by a Bihar court for kidnapping and murdering a four-year-old boy about six years ago.
Additional district and sessions judge-III Arun Kumar Singh found Chandan, Radheshayam, Vinod Kumar and Vishwanath Choudhary guilty of kidnapping and killing Rishap Raj, the four-year-old son of Dilip Choudhary at Bochaha in Muzaffarpur district in 2006.
Singh sentenced Chandan, Radheshyam and Vinod Kumar to death and Vishwanath Choudhary to life imprisonment.
He also slapped a fine of Rs one lakh on Choudhary. The murder was a fallout of a property dispute.
