the Indonesian Supreme Court appointed a new group of judges to review the charges against Fabianus Tibo, Dominggus da Silva and Marinus Riwu, three Catholics condemned to death for their role in violence in Poso in 2000. The newsly appointed judges were quoted as saying that “execution should not be carried out while judgment is suspended: this would be a crime against humanity”.
