International terrorist Palvannozir Khadzhayev a member of the extremist organization Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan whose goal was to overthrow the country's constitutional order was extradited to Uzbekistan. Khadzhayev was one of the main organizers of the explosions in Tashkent in February 1999. Sixteen people were killed and 128 wounded in the explosions, fact for which six convicted people were executed on January 7. Palvannozir Khadzhayev was most likely to be sentenced to death in Uzbekistan.
