Mohammad Yousef Issazahi (Rigi), Shahrokh Pouresmaeili, and Hossein Ghasemzadeh
According to information received by Hengaw, Mohammad Yousef Issazahi (Rigi), Shahrokh Pouresmaeili, and Hossein Ghasemzadeh were executed at dawn on September 9, 2026.
Issazahi (Rigi), a 40-year-old Baloch man from Iranshahr, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, was married and the father of five children. He was arrested in Isfahan in 2022 on drug-related charges.
Pouresmaeili, 27, from Najafabad, Isfahan Province, was arrested three years ago on drug-related charges.
Ghasemzadeh, 54, a father of three from Bandar Abbas, had been imprisoned for five years on similar drug-related charges.
Informed sources said prison authorities carried out the executions without prior notice to the prisoners’ families or lawyers and denied the three men a final visit with their relatives.
The executions have not been announced by state media.
