Yaghoub Hassani (Yaqub Hasani), Mazhar Davari, Ali Mehrdel (Mehdel), Kazem Ghofrankhah (Ghafran).
According to information obtained by IHR, four men were executed in Isfahan Central Prison on 19 May. Three were sentenced to death for drug-related charges and one for murder.
The identities of the men executed for drug charges have been established as, Yaghoub Hassani, Mazhar Davari and Ali Mehrdel. They were sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court. Kazem Ghofrankhah was sentenced for murder.
A source previously told IHR: “Kazem Ghafrankhah had three children and had been behind bars for three years. The other three men were all arrested between 2-3 years ago.”
At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported inside Iran.
Official sources reported the execution of protesters Saleh Mirhashemi, Majid Kazemi and Saeed Yaghoubi this morning. Therefore, seven people were executed at the prison today.
