According to PMOI / MEK, as of May 21, 2021, the death toll from Coronavirus exceeded 294,800 in 542 cities across Iran across all of Iran’s 31 provinces. The official death toll declared by the regime stands at 78,194, around a fourth of the actual figure. The coronavirus death toll in various provinces include: 68,756 in Tehran, 19,580 in Isfahan, 18,324 in Khuzestan, 17,995 in Razavi Khorasan, 12,073 in East Azerbaijan, 11,930 in Lorestan, 11,925 in Mazandaran, 11,028 in West Azerbaijan, 9692 in Fars, 8188 in Alborz, 7170 in Golestan, 6603 in Kerman, 5818 in Kermanshah, 5072 in Kurdistan, 3480 in Hormozgan, and 2761 in South Khorasan. This is in addition to reports obtained from other provinces.
