(5 May, 2023) - Faramarz Shakhsi executed in Urmia on May 5.
Iran executed today prisoner Faramarz Shakhsi for drug-related offences in Orumiyeh Central Prison.
Shakhsi, 29, was a father of two from the village of Nalas in Sardasht, West Azerbaijan province.
He was arrested several years ago and sentenced to death on drug-related charges.
