Iranian authorities have executed Farzad Ahmadpour, a 35-year-old Kurdish man from Saqqez.

According to information obtained by Hengaw, Ahmadpour was executed at dawn on September 13, 2026, at Jiroft Central Prison.

Sources familiar with the case said Ahmadpour was arrested three years ago on drug-related charges.

His family was granted a final visit with him the day before his execution.

Iranian state media have not publicly announced the execution.
