Four prisoners executed on Wednesday, October 2, at Raja’i Shahr Prison. Two of the victims identified as Hossein Roshan and Mohsen Kounani were sentenced to death on charges related to moharebeh (“enmity against God”) by armed robbery, while Mohammad Reza (Mohammadreza ) Ghanbari and Hamid Sheikhi were hanged on murder charges. Their executions have not been announced by Iranian authorities or media so far.
