According to Rokna, on the morning of Tuesday, November 17, a male prisoner was executed at Mashhad Central Prison. The identity of the prisoner has only been established as 34-year-old Ghassem Gh.. He had been convicted of killing two people with a gun on 3 July 2013, during a mass family fight involving 50 people, in the village of Doleh in Mashhad. According to the contents of the report, as Ghassem. Gh. had never accepted the charges and there was no evidence against him, his death sentence was issued based on the “judge’s knowledge.”
