The death sentence of Nadim Davoudi, a Baloch prisoner from Fanouj in Sistan and Baluchestan province, was carried out in Kahnouj Central Prison. Davoudi had been convicted on drug-related charges. His execution brings the total number of prisoners executed on Monday in this facility to two, as Hengaw previously reported the execution of another Baloch prisoner on the same day in this prison: Iman Sabeghi.
According to information received by Hengaw, the executions took place at dawn on June 2, 2025. Davoudi, 32, had been imprisoned for six years following his arrest in Manujan, Kerman province, before being sentenced to death. As reported by Haalvsh, he had been detained on narcotics charges. These executions have not been officially acknowledged by state media.
