IRAN: PRISONER HANGED AT BANDAR ABBAS PRISON

According to the IHR sources, Nouri Yarkhorshidi, 35, was executed on 28 October 2018 at Bandar Abbas Prison.
He was sentenced to death for killing a person who stole his father’s sheep four years ago.
Nouri Yarkhorshidi was from Bardeghun, a village in Iranian county of Bandar Lengeh. He was held in Bandar Lengeh Prison and was transferred to Bandar Abbas Prison for carrying out the execution.
The Iranian media outlets have not published news related to the aforementioned execution so far.
