Three prisoners were hanged in Iran on September 16 and 19.
A man identified as Saeed Zargari was hanged in public on 16 September in the city of Ardestan, announced the Iranian State Broadcasting (IRIB).
On 19 September, two men accused of drug smuggling were hanged in Rasht's central prison, reported the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). They were identified only as H. M., 45-year-old, and S. P., 46-year-old.
