According to information obtained by Hengaw, the execution of a prisoner from Malayer, approximately 56 years old, was carried out at dawn on September 20, 2025, in Malayer Prison, Hamadan Province. His identity remains under investigation. He was arrested two years ago on charges of killing Brigadier General Mahmoud Khodadad during an attempted arrest and was later sentenced to death. Reports state that during a family dispute he shot and killed his 22-year-old son, wounded another son aged 32, and attempted to kill his wife before security forces intervened.

As of publication, this execution has not been reported by state-run media.
