Two Turkish prisoners, a woman named Zahra Mirghafari and a man named Omid Feyzi, were executed in Tabriz Central Prison.

According to information received by Hengaw, Mirghafari, aged 43 and from Hashtrud, and Feyzi, aged 28 and from Tabriz, were executed at dawn on November 8, 2025.

Sources informed Hengaw that Mirghafari had been arrested five years ago and Feyzi three years ago, both on charges related to drug offences.

The executions of these two persons have not been reported by state media.

According to Wncri, with the execution of Zahra Mir-Ghaffari, the number of women executed in Iran since the beginning of 2025 has reached 49.

According to data recorded by the Women’s Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, at least 312 women have been executed in Iran since 2007.
