IRAQ: SENIOR ARMY COMMANDER SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR COLLABORATING WITH ISIS

The Iraqi supreme military court sentenced to death by firing squad a former commander of Iraqi Army in Nineveh Province, Iraqi news agencies reported.
Lieutenant General Mahdi Al-Gharrawi, who reportedly handed over without any fight large swathes of territory to ISIS terrorists back in 2014, had been court-martialed and found guilty of high treason and collaboration with ISIS terrorists.
