former construction company president Yoshihiro Asa is appealing his death sentence to the Third Petty Bench of the Supreme Court in Japan. Asa was sentenced to death in district and high court rulings over crimes including the murder of two people at a campground in Tsuru in Yamanashi Prefecture in 2000.
