Tomohiro Kato, 28, a former temporary auto plant worker, was sentenced to death in Japan by presiding judge Hiroaki Murayama of the Tokyo District Court. He allegedly killed seven people in a stabbing spree in Tokyo's Akihabara electronics district on June 8, 2008, after he had been the target of online bullying.
