JORDANIAN TO HANG FOR US DIPLOMAT'S MURDER

He was charged with carrying out terrorist activity aimed at killing an individual. This was Jaghbir’s third re-trial, he was first sentenced to death in absentia in 2004. The appeals court ordered the retrial, arguing that the military tribunal had not heard all the evidence.
