Judge Liaquat Ali of the Lahore Additional District and Sessions court, condemned [a man identified only as] Mushtaq, alias Bao, to capital punishment for murder. Mushtaq was found guilty of killing Noor Hussain in Baghbanpura on January 25, 1999. Hussain had allegedly advised Mushtaq's wife to divorce him.
