Judge William H. Albright followed jury recommendation, and sentenced Wayne Kubsch to death for the 1998 murders of his wife, her son and her ex-husband.
A jury convicted Kubsch, 37, and recommended capital punishment at his retrial last month in St. Joseph Superior Court.
For the 2nd time, Kubsch was convicted of the September 1998 murders of his wife, Beth, 31; her ex-husband, Rick Milewski, 35; and Beth and Rick's 10-year-old son, Aaron Milewski.
