Judges Ruhal Amin and Abdul Matin, two High Court judges have refused to hear the Bangabandhu controversial case. This was the second Division Bench of the High Court to feel embarrassed to deal with the death reference case regarding confirmation of the death sentences of the former military officers convicted of assassinating Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's father. Earlier a High Court Division Bench comprising Justice Amirul Kabir Chowdhury and Justice Abdul Aziz felt embarrassed and expressed their reluctance to deal with the case on April 10.
