Judicial organs in Hengyang, Hunan Province, executed 21 drug traffickers, smugglers, murderers and robbers, the Hunan Daily reported.
They pronounced the executions of seven drug criminals, including Zhang Hongfei (1728 7703 7378) and Yuan Qiming (5913 0796 2494).
Yuan trafficked 10.12 kg of heroin, 500 g of marijuana and 300 ecstasy pills, the paper said.
At an open rally in Hengyang city, the provincial government also burnt 15.1 kg of heroin, one kg of opium, 13.8 kg of ecstasy pills and 2.5 kg of cocaine, the paper said.
On 25 June 2002, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court in Huaihua, Hunan Province, sentenced alleged drug traffickers, Wang Changdeng (3769 2490 4098), Ma Jiahui (7456 1367 2585), female, Yang Yindao (2799 6892 6670) and Zhang Longjin (1728 7127 6855) to death, the paper reported.
On 24 June 2002, the municipal court in Changde, Hunan Province, sentenced eight alleged cross-border drug traffickers to death, including Yang Changxiu (2799 7022 4423) and Yang Zhonghua (2799 0022 5478), the paper reported.
