Judicial organs in Qinghai Province, with the approval of the Supreme People's Court, executed Chen Zhiqing (7115 1807 3237), cadre of the State Treasury Office of the Bank of China, Xining Branch, a legal newspaper from Shaanxi Province reported. From June 1992 to November 1997, Chen colluded with other officials, including Bao Qi (0545 3825) and Zhu Xiangrong (2612 0686 2837), to produce false documents and bills to obtain 15.49m yuan in public funds illegally, the paper said.
