Justice organs in Xining City, Qinghai Province, convened a meeting to try 28 alleged criminals for homicide, kidnapping, robbery, and injury cases.
They pronounced death sentences on four principal suspects, including Xu Fuyuan, owner of a livestock base, for allegedly killing his creditor; Gu Ningrui for alleged involvement in a homicide case; and Du Kexian and Tang Guodong for alleged involvement in robbery, injury, and firearms trading cases.
