According to a local Arabic daily, the incident occurred on the first day of Ramadan last year, following a disagreement between them about domestic chores.
Investigators and employees from the Criminal Evidences Department hurried to the house after the crime was reported to the police by the victim's security guard.
They arrested the suspect and seized the murder weapon.
The accused indicated in her initial confession that the incident occurred as a result of a disagreement between her and the victim over the distribution of work in the kitchen.
